Who are we looking for?
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join our team. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and execution of test strategies for a range of projects, using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, manual testing, and test management, as well as a passion for ensuring the highest level of product quality. What you’ll be doing:

Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Review requirements and technical documentation to identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks.

Design, implement, and maintain test automation scripts, ensuring test automation is effectively integrated into the development process.

Conduct both manual and automated testing of software solutions, identifying defects and ensuring timely resolution.

Act as a key point of contact for project status related to testing, addressing issues, risks, and changes as they arise.

Facilitate test reviews and provide clear and concise test reports, communicating progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring testing activities are well integrated.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst or in a similar testing role, ideally within a technology-driven or cyber security environment.

Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

Proficient using Azure Dev Ops.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex technical issues, providing clear testing strategies and recommendations.

Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Ability to ensure test coverage, identify testing gaps, and suggest improvements for better test automation and overall efficiency.
Other nice to haves would include experience of:

Experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies

Experience in the Cyber Security sector is highly desirable.

Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
