What you’ll be doing
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Agile/Scrum Project Manager / Product Owner to join our team. This role involves working on several exciting projects using cutting-edge technologies and requires an individual who can take and expand on requirements from the product manager, groom and prioritize development backlogs, and ensure quality outcomes and maximum velocity. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about agile project management and product ownership and how these can drive transformation. Main Responsibilities
- Manager cross-functional projects to deliver high-quality products and solutions on time and within budget.
- Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Expand on requirements taken from the product manager to groom and prioritize development backlogs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, addressing issues, risks, and changes as they arise.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
- Communicate project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency, product quality and maximise velocity
- Proven experience as an Agile/Scrum Project Manager and/or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, scrum principles and project management frameworks.
- Experience in taking and expanding requirements from product managers to groom and prioritize development backlogs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps
- Experience in managing projects within the Cyber Security sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Experience with product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies
- Background in software development or technical architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
