About the Author

Emran is an accomplished cyber security professional with a wealth of experience in cyber security leadership, consulting and services. Emran brings a sustained focus on instilling consistency and excellence in Bridewell’s client engagements with industry-leading and expert-led delivery.

At Bridewell, Emran is responsible for overseeing our consultancy teams and works alongside the rest of the executive leadership team to deliver industry-leading client consultancy. Driving growth across all our consulting areas including but not limited to, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CAF, PCI, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls. Part of Emran role he has also performed the role of a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for several of our key clients.

Additionally, Emran is a member of the ISC2, ISACA and The SABSA Institute of Security Architecture, providing recommendations for improvements across the industry. Prior to joining Bridewell, Emran worked on large scale cyber security assurance and transformation projects with NHSD.
